Starboard 2016 Inflatable SUP Construction

Starboard has been an innovator in the world of board sports for over 20 years, constantly pushing the industry with innovative designs and construction techniques. The 2016 season is no different, bringing among other things, a complete redesign of Starboard’s inflatable sup lineup, with the introduction of several new models as well as new constructions. Whether you are looking for the lightest and stiffest inflatable sup on the market or the most durable, Starboard has an option for you. Most models are available in 3 different constructions, Deluxe, Zen and Club. The Deluxe construction aims to be the lightest and stiffest inflatable construction available, while the Zen construction offers more durability and a lower price point, finally the Club construction is designed for outfitters and rental operations offering a super heavy duty layup based on the Zen. As Deluxe and Zen constructions are already plenty tough we don’t typically order any Club boards for stock in the store or online. Check out the charts below to get an idea of the differences between the Deluxe and Zen constructions.
